3. Be more attentive and prepared:
When you are in a pressured and tense situation, everything in your mind seems cluttered which is why organized preparation can be key. Take note of the things that trigger you and how you react and prepare accordingly. Sweat heavy when under pressure? Pack a hanky. Forget your lines? Prep cue cards and study.
