Outpatient Center

Nestled in the heart of Culver City, our brand new outpatient center sits on Washington Blvd, easily accessible to those coming from both the freeway or from surrounding areas. Our location allows us to cater to a wide variety of people seeking help and offers the luxury of an extremely positive vibe for people to work on core issues and change their lives for the better.

Outpatient programs provide similar treatment methods to inpatient programs with more flexibility. Individuals are able to work with treatment specialists to create a treatment plan that works with their schedule. It is ideal for those who are unable to break away from work, school, or home responsibilities for an extended amount of time. Clients must be highly motivated to stop using their substance with a strong support system at home.

An outpatient rehab center is an effective treatment option for those struggling with mild substance abuse issues. It is also a beneficial continued care option for those who have already completed an inpatient program.

310 Recovery Therapy Ideology

310 Recovery believes that therapy should be a collaborative experience between client and therapist. Therapy will begin with a thorough assessment of exploring issues of substance abuse and any mental health issues. The first part of the treatment will be building rapport and ensuring clients’ trust and safety with their therapist. Part of the therapeutic experience will address the client’s stage of recovery, and collaboratively create treatment goals to ensure success. Therapists will use the modality that best fits the individual. Each client comes with their own strengths and weakness and the therapist will do their best to provide the best treatment and interventions for their client.

We take an individualized approach to substance abuse treatment. Our team of trained and devoted staff members focuses on meeting each client where they are at and using the method(s) that will ensure the best chance of long-term sobriety and success. The traditional therapeutic modalities utilized at our facility include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamics, and trauma-informed treatment. 310 Recovery also has relationships with several related facilities that we refer to for additional services, such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

While at 310 Recovery outpatient program, clients are simultaneously able to uphold personal responsibilities and receive intensive outpatient therapy. 310 Recovery’s outpatient treatment program is beneficial to individuals who require structure and support in their own personal recovery. Whether living at home or sober living they are able to meet daily obligations such as work or school.

Types of Outpatient Programs

The Outpatient Levels of Care we offer are Partial Hospitalization(PHP) and Intensive Outpatient(IOP).

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Partial hospitalization provides access to medical and psychiatric care at the same location but you won’t be required to stay overnight. Both intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs are highly structured and intensely focused on recovery. In a PHP, clients will undergo six hours of programming daily including four group therapy sessions each day and at least two individual therapy sessions weekly. Clients can also expect weekly case management and peer support/recovery mentor sessions.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The IOP is typically suitable for people with moderate addiction who may need treatment for certain co-occurring disorders, yet do not need treatment in a round-the-clock, medically-supervised setting. You’ll be able to undergo medical detox under the supervision of medical professionals but will go home at the end of each day. Individuals in an IOP can expect three hours of programming daily with two group therapy sessions each day. Our IOP offers two individual therapy sessions weekly as well as weekly case management and peer support/recovery mentor sessions.
