However, in these extraordinary times, we are proactively going above and beyond our existing standards to ensure the safety of all our staff and patients. Utilizing guidelines from the CDC and the LA County Department of Public health, we are implementing new procedures to help minimize the risk of exposure to patients and staff. We have also amended our pre-admission requirements to increase screening for at-risk individuals.
For our in-patient facilities, we have temporarily suspended outings, meetings, and family visits as we navigate this pandemic. Although this may not be convenient we feel that it is necessary that we take these steps to protect our patients, staff, and the community at large from COVID-19.
At the outpatient level, we have leveraged technology to provide patients with a telehealth option to continue services from home if needed in order to avoid unnecessary travel.
Given the current unknowns of the situation, we will continually update this page as we change and adapt to various policies and procedures that impact our ability to provide quality care.
Thank you for your patience during this time as we continue to help those struggling.
Fully Licenced Drug & Alcohol Detox, Rehab and PHP in Los Angeles, CA
Addiction is a complicated brain disorder that requires a comprehensive treatment plan. Overcoming a drug or alcohol addiction is most effective through an individualized plan tailored to each unique individual. Just as every person is different, treatment plans will differ depending on their needs, goals, and objectives.
Despite the individualized aspect of addiction treatment plans, they all commonly start with detox. Long-term drug or alcohol abuse has severe effects on the body, including the brain. It has become accustomed to the harmful substances being present in the system and depends on them to create a feeling of euphoria. Before an individual can move forward in the recovery process, they must first detox in order to remove the harmful substances from the body.
When a person attempts to suddenly stop using the substance that their body is dependent upon, they will most likely experience withdrawal symptoms. Withdrawal symptoms can be severe and even life-threatening. In an addiction detox program, individuals are able to safely detox in a supervised environment. Medical professionals are on hand to administer medication to help ease certain physical and psychological symptoms brought on by withdrawal. Different therapy modalities are also available to provide guidance and support. The main goal of a detox program is to guide individuals through withdrawal in the most comfortable way possible so that they can move forward in the recovery process.
Residential, or inpatient, treatment is ideal for individuals who have moderate to severe addictive symptoms. In a residential treatment setting, clients reside full-time in a closely monitored and structured environment. It provides a safe setting where individuals can focus solely on their recovery without any outside influences. Residential treatment also removes the client from their home and social environment where their drug use exists. A new setting typically signifies a fresh start for the individual on the road to recovery.
In a residential setting, clients have a personalized set schedule of different activities that include outings as well as group and individual therapies. Similar to other treatment programs, residential facilities focus on preventing relapse by using various therapy methods used to conquer addiction from all angles and give clients the best chance at getting and staying sober. Living in a residential addiction treatment center for an extended period of time gives individuals the opportunity to overcome addiction without unnecessary distractions.
For clients who feel that they have a strong support system with their family at home, outpatient treatment is an effective option. Outpatient treatment facilities offer similar treatment methods to inpatient programs with more flexibility. They are typically more effective for those with less severe addiction disorders since there is significantly less structure. Clients in outpatient treatment will typically attend different programs during the day and return home in the evening.
Outpatient addiction treatment centers are designed for individuals who do not require full-time care or for those who have already completed an inpatient program. Despite being less intensive as inpatient programs, outpatient programs are still highly individualized and tailored to each client. Services utilized in outpatient treatment programs include individual and group counseling, relapse prevention therapy, and life skill classes.
I’ve been in number of rehabs in my past and pretty much thought I knew how it is going to be.
I came in with severe drug addiction. Close minded ready for another money shaken, drug stuffing rehab shuffle.
To my surprise this place is real.
From the director all the way to night tech.
Counselor, Steve is extraordinary.
The food and living accommodations is top notch.
It really worked for me. I’m ready to go on with my life. Clean.
Thank u 310 Recovery!
Staff were very knowledgeable and caring, Personal therapist twice a week, very clean and nice beds. Food was awesome, personal chef everyday. learned A lot of tools to use in my recovery and established a strong foundation to stay clean and sober. definitely one of the best residential treatments in LA in my own opinion. recommend this to anyone that is trying to get clean and sober, and start a new chapter in there life. 5 STARS!
When I lost complete control of my life and had no where to turn. I had to choose a recovery center that doesn’t just want to “clean you up” for a couple days, and throw you back into that same toxic lifestyle. This place really showed me that it’s not just the drug use, it’s the lifestyle and behavior we have to change. And I would like to recognize Matt for really going out of his way to help me.
This place really help me put things into perspective about my life. The groups were really eye opening and the therapist genuinely listen. If you’re looking to really change your life, this is the place to go. I’ll miss you guys, honestly
